We have been handling this system for our Minneapolis, MN based client for last 5+ years. This system is based on MLS Search and deals with live DB of millions of records. This is an extremely feature-rich product providing services to American brokers, agents for their real estate transactions and maintaining their customer base, with exhaustive search features.

This is a J2EE/Struts based multi-tier, high performance system for providing B2B solution for USA Real Estate market using Struts, Velocity & MySQL. The choice of Apache Velocity over JSP was selected for its sheer simplicity. This choice of Apache Velocity has not only ensured quick learning for the front-end HTML programmrs, but it has also ensured that it is exclusively used as "V" for view in the MVC pattern. This system is integrated with several third party apps including Google maps, JQuery, FCK Editor, Wordpress CMS etc.

The beauty of this system lies in its simple but robust design and excellent performance despite its inherent business complexity and continual feature additions.
